I am very satisfied with the service department. Mike Rios has done everything to take care of my Q50S and to keep me as an Infiniti owner. My Infiniti will soon be out of warranty, I talked to th Mike Rios has done everything to take care of my Q50S and to keep me as an Infiniti owner. My Infiniti will soon be out of warranty, I talked to the sales department about a new Q50 that is coming to the showroom, but the invoice I was presented had too many dealer add ons and I felt my trade allowance should have been better. Doug then took care of my concerns with regard to the extended service contract which I expect to purchase. More
