We spent six hours with Stanley on Saturday afternoon looking for a new car. He provided us great customer service, answering all of our questions and providing thoughtful insight into the QX50 and QX55. looking for a new car. He provided us great customer service, answering all of our questions and providing thoughtful insight into the QX50 and QX55. He then allowed us to take a test drive. After which we just weren’t satisfied so he asked us to look at the QX60. We discussed the differences and decided to take it for a quick spin. To our delight, it fit the bill! We were going to the Lexus dealer, but texted them and cancelled. We found the car we were looking for, all thanks to Stanley! Stanley then led us through the rest of the process without any pressure. He truly was a pleasure to work with, we would recommend him to anyone looking for an Infiniti. The rest of the team to include management, cleaning staff and financing all were great to work with. They all made us feel at home, even though we kept them all there well past quitting time. Stanley even remembered I wanted the window invoice sticker and placed it in our car while we were finishing the paperwork. We did have a little concern about the car fitting in our garage and they even wrote a contingency into our deal that would allow us to return the vehicle if it wouldn’t fit. Luckily it did fit, but not by too much. More

I have been coming to the SE Coulter Infinity dealership for approximately 1 1/2 years and each visit has been relaxing and enjoyable. Car maintenance used to be a chore for me, but it has surprisingly beco for approximately 1 1/2 years and each visit has been relaxing and enjoyable. Car maintenance used to be a chore for me, but it has surprisingly become a pleasure with Scott Shaffer, my service writer, as my go to person for all my car maintenance needs. He has patiently guided me along the way and has consistently taken excellent care of my needs in a respectful and considerate manner. He even takes the extra time to answer all my questions and concerns and I tend to have many. The customer service I receive is always respectful, helpful and relaxing. Thank you! More

Kody was so rude. Ignored me when i came into his office to pick up my car. Told me I should have waited in the lobby because he was on the phone . Excuse me?
