I have been coming to the SE Coulter Infinity dealership for approximately 1 1/2 years and each visit has been relaxing and enjoyable. Car maintenance used to be a chore for me, but it has surprisingly beco for approximately 1 1/2 years and each visit has been relaxing and enjoyable. Car maintenance used to be a chore for me, but it has surprisingly become a pleasure with Scott Shaffer, my service writer, as my go to person for all my car maintenance needs. He has patiently guided me along the way and has consistently taken excellent care of my needs in a respectful and considerate manner. He even takes the extra time to answer all my questions and concerns and I tend to have many. The customer service I receive is always respectful, helpful and relaxing. Thank you! More

The service needs attention. ...the work that was completed the SECOND time around was good. A few key words that were told to me...where is my car-use your key if you don't see ...the work that was completed the SECOND time around was good. A few key words that were told to me...where is my car-use your key if you don't see it! Why didn't you look at the entire system- not my job...I fixed what you brought it in for. I had to pay $425 for a rental car and got horrible communication not once but twice when my car was ready. I had to pay for poor communication. I can't recommend this dealership for anything. Kody was so rude. Ignored me when i came into his office to pick up my car. Told me I should have waited in the lobby because he was on the phone . Excuse me?
