Service advisor is friendly and helpful. However, in my most recent experience, the technician misdiagnosed a coolant leakage issue to the water pump instead of the AC. If I didn’t get a second opinion with outside party, I may have paid more than I need for work that was unnecessary. This type of mistake should be avoided or corrected. More
