I found the car on Auto Trader and contacted them. I worked with Margo and she is really nice to work with. She took care of what I needed to do and helped me through the whole process. It was a used car and there was some issues but Coulter Infiniti took care of what I needed. They gave me a loaner and also dropped my car off after it was done. Thanks to Spencer the service director for taking care of things. More
I feel they overcharge for service, at least as compared to other service centers. I was told two air filters needed to be replaced and they were charging $120. Similar air filters can be purchased for un to other service centers. I was told two air filters needed to be replaced and they were charging $120. Similar air filters can be purchased for under $20, even the official Infiniti parts are less than $25 each. I was quoted $50 each for two, and $20 labor. I probably shouldn't have blamed the tech, so I changed my rating for him. He did get back to me right away when I had questions. More

I have always been happy with Coulter Infinity since I first purchased my car there. I was out of the country and the entire transaction was done over the phone. I picked up the car a couple of months la first purchased my car there. I was out of the country and the entire transaction was done over the phone. I picked up the car a couple of months later when I returned home. It now has 40000 miles on it and all the service has been done there. I have been very satisfied with all my service visits. More
