The dealership was clean and up to date modern inside and we were greeted upon arrival. We did call ahead to say we were coming. Everything was organized and prepared and Kyle took us through the process once we agreed on the terms. Everything was done with precision so there was no needless waiting around. If there was a little pause Kyle kept us informed as to the reason. All in, it was a great experience from the time with Kyle to the time with Onan for our financing. Kyle also, went through the set up of On Star and the Cadillac App and discussed the car and where things were and how to use them in addition to the app and its options of use. Can’t tell you when the last time someone actually did that. More

Salesman Bradley Lopez was very polite, professional and knowledgeable about the vehicle and process to purchase with a trade in. The entire process only took 3 hours.
