The financing has been a little rocky (some numbers not balancing, took them a couple of days) but it’s been taken care of now and everything’s in order. They’re also still dealing w some of the effects of the CDK hack, so pretty reasonable to have small issues here and there. Overall great experience. More

He worked up the numbers on each one with multiple lengths of financing for the loan to ensure we were well-informed of the options. Despite all this work, we did not feel at all pressured to buy. He allowed us weeks to contemplate, but when we finally decided to purchase, we were out of town. Billy graciously offered to drive the Escalade to Palm Springs, CA for us and drive the trade-in back to Phoenix, AZ. I cannot say enough good things about Billy or how much trust and confidence he created. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND him if you want to purchase a vehicle from someone who is patient, informed, responsible and forthright.
