Crystal did a wonderful job getting me into the car I wanted. I was skeptical buying a car from out of state during a pandemic, but she made it a seamless transition. Crystal Fletcher at Coulter Cadillac was very helpful and understanding of our situation while repatriating back to Arizona. She helped us buy our new car from overseas, sent us videos of everything we asked understanding of our situation while repatriating back to Arizona. She helped us buy our new car from overseas, sent us videos of everything we asked for, held it at the dealership for us for our arrival; once we made it to the dealership, everything was ready to go! Signed some papers, purchased our insurance, and was out of there in an hour. Very grateful for the staff at this dealership making sure we were all ready to go before we left their dealership. My husband and I found a 2017 Buick Envision online at a great price and contacted the dealership through an online form to check that the vehicle was still available.
