I am so pleased with how wonderful our Sales person, Samantha was. I am 2 weeks out from major surgery and the thought of spending hours at a dealership literally pained me! I reached out via the website and she quickly texted back. She was very helpful and willing to get me as far through the process as possible, so that the time spent at the dealership would be less. We were in and out in 2 hours. I’m sure we could have spent less time, but both Samantha and Sarah in Finance were such a pleasure to talk with (about non car stuff)! I’m thrilled with my XT5 and Samantha and Sarah both worked very diligently to make it also the best car buying experience I have ever had. Many thanks to Samantha and Sarah! More
