This was our first time to Coulter Cadillac. We wanted to see their inventory since a prior dealership we'd been to didn't have much. We knew none of the dealerships had alot to choose from. We wanted to see their inventory since a prior dealership we'd been to didn't have much. We knew none of the dealerships had alot to choose from. However Bill Durst listened to us and gave us a great solution. He was great to work with and a nice guy. Sarah Burt was also pleasant to work with in getting the paperwork done. Other than the fact we were at the dealership for 5 hours, we are very pleased with our purchase. Part of the wait was because the car we chose was at a different location so we had to wait for it to be brought over. I love being part of the Cadillac family and would highly recommend Coulter Cadillac. More
