Had a great experience buying my new 2023 xt5 at Coulter Cadillac. Doreen the sales person was very knowledgeable and went over all the features of my new car at delivery. Samantha and Sarah are AMAZING. I felt nervous about buying my first car and they both gave me time and space to ask questions, ask clarifying questions and gave examples! I learned how to use all the add-ons I opted to get and who to talk to in the future when I have problems or questions. I cannot emphasize enough how clear and not-rushed this process was! I’m driving away with confidence that I actually got what I want and that I can manage all the jargon :-) the online interaction’s were respectful too. Samantha sent me a video tour of the car I got so when I went in to the dealership, we didn’t need to the awkward “what about this one?” convo. If I need to buy another vehicle, I will be coming back! More
