After months of deliberation, and dealership visits, I ended up calling Bill Durst at Coulter Cadillac/GMC. We had previously purchased a Cadillac XT4 in 2019 from Bill. Once again, Bill came through with ended up calling Bill Durst at Coulter Cadillac/GMC. We had previously purchased a Cadillac XT4 in 2019 from Bill. Once again, Bill came through with a no nonsense very professional approach to car buying. My wife and I could not be happier with the service Bill has provided on each purchase. I live in Camas Washington, and seen Coulter's advertisement for a used 2012 CTS Wagon, looked very nice but I'm 1000 miles away. I had a friend staying in Phoenix, so I asked him to check the car advertisement for a used 2012 CTS Wagon, looked very nice but I'm 1000 miles away. I had a friend staying in Phoenix, so I asked him to check the car out and test drive it. He called and said if I didn't buy it, he would. I flew into Phoenix, met Andrew and drove home. Andrew showed me the car, talked to me about it and asked me to contact him after I had driven it. The car was everything it was said to be and more, with a few personal upgrades this will be a great looking ride for years to come. I will endorse Coulter Cadillac and Andrew Emerson! More

We just purchased a pre-owned XT5 Cadillac with 26k miles. The car is beautiful, but had 3 specific areas that needed attention. Samantha Marciniak (was beyond excellent) our sales person and her mana miles. The car is beautiful, but had 3 specific areas that needed attention.
