When we arrived last Saturday to test drive the 2023 Cadillac XT4, she was helping another customer but happily introduced us to Bill Durst who helped us to become more familiar with the vehicle we had only seen online. We don’t enjoy being pushed to buy anything, especially something with such a substantial price tag but Bill and Denise were helpful and at no point pushy.
