After leasing a Cadillac CTS V, I recommended Larry Nichols at Coulter Cadillac to friends who purchased an Escalade. Larry is exceptionally good at customer service and follow through. He ordered the exact car that I wanted and followed it from order through delivery. He kept me updated by email and phone throughout the process and made sure that everything was perfect once the car arrived. When I have questions about bluetooth or any of the other functions of my car, he responds promptly. He also schedules all of my service and ensures that a loaner car is available and waiting when I arrive for my appointment. He is currently working with me on two cars for family members. As a Corvette owner i am ever so cautious to allow someone to work on my Z06. Ed happens to be a Corvette owner and i entrusted my Corvette with Coulter for some service work. Ed ensured the car was h someone to work on my Z06. Ed happens to be a Corvette owner and i entrusted my Corvette with Coulter for some service work. Ed ensured the car was handeled with care and between him and the service manager Tom, they were able to help me get some major iitems covered by GM with my warranty only having expired a few month's ago. Even though they did not get to do the work they sent me to another dealer and folowed my process thru. Ed and Tom's commitment to a customer is a lost art and should be viewed by all as a learning tool to others. So many times bussiness forget how they got big and profitable and that's thru customers. When you show iniative and drive and care as these two illustrated you earn a customer for life. I needed a warranty for my 2006 Chevrolet Silverado, a friend suggested i contact Ed Stralko at Coulter Cadillac, he took my information and tracked down a GM extension warranty for me, he did all the leg friend suggested i contact Ed Stralko at Coulter Cadillac, he took my information and tracked down a GM extension warranty for me, he did all the leg work and set me up with a dealer rep who had ALL the paperwork done when I arrived at Coulter a couple of days later. I signed her contract gave her a check and was on my way. I tracked down Ed to thank him and when i said thank you he told that was his job to see that i was satisfied. Ed knew I was looking to buy a new Corvette in cyber gray. He called one day to say that they had just gotten in a 2009 cyber gray Vette with 6k mi. I immediately went down and took a look at it.
