Not only is Debbie always helpful but the entire staff is always friendly and helpful. I recommend Coulter to anyone I know who is looking for a car and I recommend Debbie ALWAYS!! I think we've sent a few customers her way and we are glad to do it. In this world where customer service is lacking Debbie and the staff at Coulter are a welcome change! Originally, i went to Coulter to look at a very low mileage certified pre-owned car and went back and forth between two cars. After 3 or 4 weeks of visiting, driving and thinking about the cars, I noticed a new car, a GMC Terrain, and asked Glenn Heiser to price it out the door. I went down to see it, drive it and BINGO!!!!, it was sensational in every way! It has more equipment than I need, but I deserve it, so what the heck???? Glenn was VERY patient with me, never called to bug me, he was there when I wanted to see the cars and talk about the cars. Once I made up my mind, it went like lightning! Waiting for the contract to be written up was quick and easy. Debbie Niles, the financial manager, was accommodating, SUPER fast and knew her stuff. I couldn't have been in the financial office more than 15 minutes! I would recommend Coulter/Glenn Heiser and Debbie Niles anytime, the easiest car buy we've ever experienced!!! More

Allen is very straight forward, thorough (pays attention the the details), delivers what he commits to,and treats the customer with respect. Both Allen and Paul Glans have a long term view when working with the customer. From the first moment my wife and I set foot in the showroom, we were treated warmly and quickly developed an excellent rapport with Marty. It was clear that his goal was to ensure that we were well informed and that we made a decision that would satisfy us; not simply to make a sale. Marty's knowledge of the company and of the product line showed his passion for cars in general and Cadillac in particular and engendered a high level of confidence. After Marty guided us through the specific model and option selection, working with the finance staff was also a very positive experience. Pricing and finance were open, honest and transparent processes; if all dealerships worked in a similar manner, US auto sales would surge. I'm not sure if auto companies are aware of just how many potential purchases are lost each year to people's aversion to auto dealers, but it is very significant. However, unlike just about every previous car purchase that I've made, this transaction left me satisfied about the economic terms and about the process of arriving at that end result. During the weeks between ordering the car and delivery, Marty kept us informed of the timetable; we always felt well informed. Delivery of the vehicle was simply a continuation of the same warm, friendly, and knowledgeable relationship. Marty made sure that all of the car's many features were explained and he never rushed, even though I tend to slow down any such process with extraneous questions and comments - he is a true professional and a great representative of the Cadillac as the standard bearer of the US auto industry. Because of the manner in which we were treated by Marty and the rest of the staff, we will return as customers to Cadillac, to Coulter, and specifically to Marty Katz. More
