My wife and I couldn't be more pleased with our buying experience at Coulter with much, if not all, of the credit due to the incredibly easy, pressure-free and accommodating process we went through buying experience at Coulter with much, if not all, of the credit due to the incredibly easy, pressure-free and accommodating process we went through with Glenn Heiser, our Sales Consultant. Glenn took the time up-front to truly understand what it was that we were looking to get from our purchase (size, family needs, mileage, maintenance, etc) and what we had to work with in regards to a trade, down payment, monthly budget, etc. He then offered up a number of different alternatives that were all close to the deal points that we had discussed without any of the haggling and unnecessary negotiations that we had been tainted with in prior experiences at other dealerships. Glenn is very friendly and we never felt overwhelmed or intimidated by the situation or experience. Mike Kemp continued the high level of satisfaction with his run-down on the Financing end that made it all very easy to understand, with no hidden fees, unexpected costs or salesmanship in trying to get us to up-buy to anything that hadn't already been discussed with Glenn. He mentioned that Coulter was the best place to buy a vehicle. We questioned this because everyone feels the same about the company they work for. Anyway, he shared his experience and the loyalty of the sales agent and how each vehicle is inspected 100%. We decided to visit Cadilla Coulter and Bill was amazing. He valued our time and he appreciated our business. He also listened carefully and helped us find the right vehicle. The good news is that we left the lot with two vehichles and not just one. As for Rick, he was valued our time and completed the finance portion quickly. I will recommend this location to others as the service was GREAT! More
We stopped in on our way to lunch and spoke with Bill Jurczak at the used car lot. He was very helpful and knowledgeable with information on the various cars present . When we told him we were looking for a new vehicle he offered to take us across the street and show us the inventory of the GMC Terrain. We told him we would stop back at another time. He probably thought we would never come back. After lunch we called him that we were headed back. We met him in the showroom and he took us up to see the vehicles. He was very courteous and applied no high pressure. Our experience with car salesmen has been that of high pressure, but this was pleasant. We found the vehicle we wanted and in a short time did a test drive.. The process of doing the paperwork was a breeze compared to past experiences. Debbie Niles typed up the financial paperwork and Bill completed the preliminary paperwork. We were done in a short period of time, so unlike car purchasing in the past. The dealership was clean and everyone was friendly. The car was taken back for cleaning, etc and the wait was not too lengthy. The waiting area was also clean and personnel friendly. Overall this was the best experience we have had buying a vehicle and will recommend this dealership to friends. More

My initial contact with Glenn was via the internet as I was researching vehicles. He was very responsive and supportive of any questions, and in setting a time for me to visit the dealership due to my sch was researching vehicles. He was very responsive and supportive of any questions, and in setting a time for me to visit the dealership due to my schedule being a moving target sometimes. Working with Glenn face to face was no different. In fact, he was the type of person that you have an immediate comfort level with. Most people know that buying a car takes time, but regardless of other customers being there, the pace of paperwork and the necessary "to do's" was certainly adequate. Both Paul Glans and Ed Stralko should teach everyone and every dealer the meaning of Customer Service!!! I had brought my car to Earnhardt for an oil change. When they lifted my car up my frame was crac every dealer the meaning of Customer Service!!! I had brought my car to Earnhardt for an oil change. When they lifted my car up my frame was cracked and scraped and needed to be replaced. (I ran over a Parking strip and did not realize the damage it had done) Earnhardt gave me a car to use for a few days till my insurance company came out to look. I called back after the weekend (when I was told to bring rental car back) and I was told by their service that the insurance Co. never made it out that day. Earnhardt basically told me to give rental car back and you’re stuck with no car. BTW i have a 2012 Cadillac SRX 7 months old. I immediately called Coulter and Paul Glans (formally with Legends now Earnhardt) told me to come right over asap and we will have a car waiting for you. That my friend, Is customer service! I got to Coulter, Ed had my rental waiting and within 1 week Car was done! I was sooo excited! I got home and realized that the tire rotation was not done so I called Coulter and they said Earnhardt reported they did it. Well, why would Earnhardt do a tire rotation on a cracked frame, as well as making me sign a release on the car to drive it from Earnhardt to Coulter claiming they never touched it! I knew it was not done because I was missing the air cap on the passenger’s side tire. That is how I knew it was not done. I brought it in, Coulter was going to do it anyway, knowing Earnhardt took the credit and the $$ from Corporate. I left and Cadillac customer service and made sure they knew that Earnhardt fraudulently put in a claim that was not done. Thank you Coulter, Paul Glans and Ed Stralko for all your help! We were very pleased and comfortable in making our latest purchase at Coulter. Allen Hall was our new car sales representative and was prepared for our visit with a list of vehicles for us to review which w purchase at Coulter. Allen greeted us warmly and also took the time to introduce us to the members of the Cadillac Sales Team with whom we also would be doing business in the process of our transaction. Allen proved as knowledgeable about the new cars we were interested in buying as he has been in the past when we had also purchased cars through him at Coulter. We were also very pleased with additional outstanding services offered by the dealership as described by Allen and extremely impressed to have the service individual arrive exactly on time to set up the car's garage door opener. We again were very appreciative of the loaner provided over the weekend until our new purchase had been through the necessary preparations, especially for harsh the Arizona climate, by the Service Department. Allen was very patient with my husband in explaining the various techno options available on our new car. Truly as my husband came home excited to show me all he had learned. This feat alone is considered close to miraculous since my husband is uncomfortable using a cell phone much less a computer. We certainly give Allen Hall our highest recommendations for making this purchase his personal responsibility in ensuring it proceeded as satisfyingly for us as possible. More
