When showed up to pick up the new car we where greated by Allen Hall, the Sales Consultant that showed us our new car and went over all the amazing features of our new CTS-V wagon. We then were introduced to Mike Kemp, the person that was going to do all our final paperwork. We sat down and he had it all ready, typed and ready to sign before we had even got there. He went over in great detail on what everything meant and wanted to make sure we were very clear on what we where signing. Made the whole process very clear and comforting. Thank you Mike! Allen was ready to go over the car with us... Boy was he ready! He went over every fine detail to make sure that we knew anything and everything on how the car worked.
