The staff at Coulter was absolutely more than accommodating to my needs in finding a used vehicle. Unlike other dealers, they actually listened to me and to my needs. When the Coulter group asked me, they really did listen to what it would take for me to "get into" one of their cars. After my whole experience at Coulter, I had to ask myself, "why could they help me so much, when other dealers couldn't?" It's because other dealers are just that, dealers without a name that that need to uphold; Coulter Cadillac has a actual living person's name attached to it, which means if you have a bad experience, it's a person (Mr. Coulter), who you've had a bad experience with, and Mr.Coulter doesn't want his named tarnished. When you leave, the staff wants you to have had the greatest experience you have ever had when buying a car, and for this reason, you will forever return to Coulter when purchasing future vehicles. No "up-selling" on anything but the leather treatment which is a no brainer. I was taking the car back to Las Vegas and wanted to rims swapped out with some others. The Enclave was ready the very next day. Marty met me at the rental car return to pick me up in the car I had just bought my wife and went over all the features. This was by far the best buying experience I have ever had with any dealership i've dealt with. I've purchased cars in Nevada, Utah, California and now Arizona.
