Excellent Experience at Coulter Cadillac My wife and I had been discussing buying a car for quite some time, but have never had the time since I work out of the country and don't spend much t My wife and I had been discussing buying a car for quite some time, but have never had the time since I work out of the country and don't spend much time at home. We woke up early Thursday morning and decided to start looking online. We fell in love with the Cadillac SRX and found a 2011 Certified Pre-Owned in perfect condition at Coulter Cadillac in Phoenix. It was only 7:15 AM, but I called in and Bill Junczak was already in the office. I told him what I had found, and in five minutes I had a call back confirming he was standing in front of the vehicle we were looking at and had the full list of specs ready to read to me. We made an appointment with him and made the two hour drive to meet him. Upon arrival, he was available and had all the specs and carfax reports for the car, showing it was low mileage and in excellent condition. Accessories, such as the wireless headphones for the entertainment system, were still new in the box from 2011! My wife and I each test drove it and went in the office to work out the deal. Bill Junczak has my highest recommendation to work with, for several reasons. He has a life of experience selling cars, but isn't the stereotypical "car salesman" that you worry of getting. We had our 16 month old with us, and he was so patient with the distractions that accompany that situation. My wife, son and I were getting hungry, and he brought out fresh-made sandwiches and drinks while we were waiting. The initial price Bill worked out was good, and to be fair, was already lower than the Kelley Blue Book price that I calculated for the specific vehicle. I told him the price I initially thought when I saw the car and minutes later, that was the price that was agreed on. Now was time to work with Mike Kemp, the finance manager. I was very happy with how easy Mike made the process. After a few minutes on his part of working into financing the vehicle, he learned that there was an imperfection on our credit report, partially our fault and partially due to a prior relationship with a bad bank. None-the-less, it was making getting an affordable loan difficult. He worked and came up with an alternate solution to finance the car for a good rate. Several phone calls later and after answering several of my questions, he had the paperwork ready to sign. Coulter Cadillac had the car cleaned up by the time the finances were complete and we were ready to go. Bill helped in moving all of our stuff from our old vehicle that was traded-in to the new one. I would more than strongly recommend Coulter Cadillac and specifically Bill Junczak and Mike Kemp to anyone who is in the market for a vehicle. The entire process was easy and reassuring, and we couldn't be happier with the car. Thanks to the both of them! More
