His customer service and knowledge of the product is the reason why we keep coming back. He is genuine in his appreciation for the Cadillac product and it shows. Allen is very detailed and organized and makes sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase and that you are familiar with the features of the car. We also had the opportunity to meet and work with Debbie in Finance this visit. She was helpful and organized too! Had all the paperwork ready when we walked in. All in all it was a great buying experience. We will be back for our next Cadillac in a few years! More

As much as I liked my 2004 Silverado, and given my toys (that need hauling), I knew it was time for an upgrade. I set my eyes on the new GMC Sierras. I visited dealerships in Tucson and Phoenix and dealt with a lot of sales representatives that didn't seem (or want) to understand what I wanted and made little attempt to do so. I was a bit dejected and started looking online. I used the 'Trade in Tool' that Coulter provides to see what the value of my 2004 would be. Shortly after that I was contacted by Glenn Heiser who indicated that he'd seen my inquiry and he'd like to talk with me and about what I was looking for. At first I was a bit apprehensive, but I called Glenn back and it was immediately obvious that he was much more knowledgeable than all the other sales representatives I had dealt with at other dealerships. Most importantly HE LISTENED and understood what I was looking for. I met with Glenn down at Coulter and he took me through all the on-site inventory trying to see if there was anything that met my requirements. Glenn had the insight to know that I really was not going to find what I wanted in stock and that the only way I'd be happy is if I custom ordered what I wanted. Glenn was very patient and took me through the full process of ordering a custom vehicle. He expertly answered every question I had from the time I ordered the vehicle to the time I picked it up! Besides that he politely dealt with my continual calls for status as to when my vehicle would be delivered. Glenn also introduced me to the Service Manager whom was also very polite and friendly. I'm ecstatic with the vehicle but more importantly I think of Glenn as a friend!! More

I have owned foreign luxury cars for the past 15 years and Bo and the rest of the team there have earned my business going forward. I recently purchased a new Jeep Grand Cherokee for my wife and we were stuck at the dealership for 4+hours while they got the paperwork squared away. Bo shot me a fair, no B.S. deal the first go around and when it came time to signing the paperwork, I was in and out in 30 minutes, which for a busy executive type, it important. Again, cant say enough about the service at this dealership. More
Another Great Experience I took my car into Coulter for an oil leak. Within an hour or so I got a call from Bill saying the car was done. He explained that the oil filter wa I took my car into Coulter for an oil leak. Within an hour or so I got a call from Bill saying the car was done. He explained that the oil filter was loose. The mechanic had tightened it and the car was as good as new. I should note here that unfortunately I didn't have Coulter do the oil change so they were not at fault. Even though we had not met, Bill was extremely professional and handled the problem in record time. GREAT JOB Bill! More

My salesman, Marty Katz, and the sales manager, Jeff, were willing to work with me to get me what I wanted. Purchasing my Cadillac: I would like to take a few minutes of my time to express my experience with Coulter Cadillac. It was by far the best experience I have ever had with any car dealership, and I'm not saying to be nice but because it's the truth. My wife and I drove over 100 miles from Tucson to look for cars in Phoenix and specifically Coulter Cadillac. As it was time to replace my '05 STS, we had seen that Coulter had a pre-owned CTS that met our requirements(seen on cars.com). When we arrived at Coulter we were greeted right away by Marty Katz, he was warm, friendly and personable, we had instant connection, it was like we were visiting our favorite Uncle Marty. Although we were saddened when Marty told us the CTS had sold just yesterday, he said that he had some other pre-owns that met our requirements. Marty was extremely knowledgeable and patient, he took the time to answer all of our questions and explained everything to our satisfaction. Marty made our experience of purchasing a car a real delight, from helping to sync my phone's bluetooth to the car, dealing with OnStar, showing me exactly what I needed to do to activate Sirius XM radio and getting me familiar with all the features of my new car. Outstanding job, I couldn't be more pleased. So once again, my sincere thanks to the entire team at Coulter (Paul and Mike too) but especially to Marty.
