We had reviewed the used vehicles on cars.com and Roger called and emailed me back and was very low pressure. This was the 3rd dealership we had visited late on a Friday evening. Roger was gone however Dennis stepped up and helped us. He was extremely courtesy...and fast to meet what we wanted for an out the door price. Though we had our own financing Rick ran the numbers as was able to get close enough that we went ahead and moved forward with theirs. Overall...the vehicle was in exceptional condition for a used car and we would buy from Coulter again since it was such a low hassle great experience! More

She stayed late on a Friday evening so my wife and I could stop by and take a look. Low pressure, honest input and we made a deal before we left that evening. She's since followed up on added accessories and made herself available for delivery and a very thorough demonstration of the features on the car. She's been very friendly, professional and helpful throughout the process. Debbie was very friendly in reviewing my financing papers and had them all ready to go when I arrived. The process was quick and she informed me of options available, several of which I added to my purchase.
