I stopped by to check out GMC models and found a Cadillac Escalade that fit the bill. The processing was quick and the vehicle was checked over and detailed before delivery to me. I could not have asked for better customer service. Most of us are reluctant at visiting auto dealerships because of the sales hipe, but I did not experience this at all with Coulter. I will definitely be returning to Coulter for my next purchase, and of course, ask for Dennis Starks. More

People, not just credit score number! Bo Bell, my sales rep and Mike Helm,, Finance Manager, went out of their way to help us get into our new lease. They could have easily denied us and Bo Bell, my sales rep and Mike Helm,, Finance Manager, went out of their way to help us get into our new lease. They could have easily denied us and sent us packing, but took the time to listen to our current situation, and help us get out from our 2007 SRX and into a Buick Verado and lowered our payment $125 month. Due to a medical disability which has kept me off work since Nov 2013 and hence, having medical bills sent to collections and having fell behind on some bills brought our credit scores down considerably. We needed to lower our monthly auto payments and with the help of Bo and especially Mike, going to the bank taking the time to explain our situation, the dealership was able to help us. It's so nice to be treated with respect, acknowledging we are good people, just having some "life situations" which we needed some help with. We were not just treated as someone with a "low score" and at first review branded as not going to be able to "make a deal with", and hence then treated with disrespect, and shown the door. This actual experience had just happened with the local Hyundai dealer days previously. So thank you Bo and Mike for recognizing our need for help and taking the extra time and effort to get it done! And wow, how much nicer is it to drive a Buick than a piece of Hyundai! More
