Coulter Review Really thought I would get more for my truck and when I saw the amount for $2500 and stated concern they immediately came back and offered $3500. This makes me questions the integrity of the inspection process to price a trade in vehicle. It was the end of the day, did the gentleman need to leave? I didn't get a very thorough explanation for such a low offer but I would like to suggest that there is a point system established that you can review with the customer versus talk fast and put the deal in front of them. Get 'buy in' first, we have needs, this is the reason we are here; please make a better point to understand them and help us understand more about the business. Don't allow people to be scared to visit a car dealer, make it a good and educational experience. The more knowledge the consumer has the better the process the better you have return business. Overall Bill is excellent. By far the best dealer I have ever worked with. More

Laid back, open approach Bo Bell's easy going, non pressure sales approach was exactly what I was looking for. During the test drive, I don't believe he even talked about the Bo Bell's easy going, non pressure sales approach was exactly what I was looking for. During the test drive, I don't believe he even talked about the vehicle, just let me "experience" the car. He let the car sell itself. If it couldn't, I wouldn't buy it anyway regardless of how he tried to "sell" it to me. When it came to pricing, they didn't do that idiotic "let me go talk to the manager" technique and then walk away for 10-15 minutes and then come back and start the even more ridiculous "pitch". We walked over to the guy's desk together, Bo told him (right in front of me!) what I was looking for, he put the numbers together, asked if that worked for me, and done. Well almost. I wanted to go look at one other car before I decided. They said fine and let me walk out the door without any BS of "well, what can we do to close a deal today?" Imagine a dealer confident with their product that if you try a competitor's, you will come back for theirs? Now the closer. I went and looked at the other car and got the exact opposite treatment. Got all the old pitches and techniques. And though I did like their car slightly better, I got up and walked out and went back to Coulter. I had no desire to deal with those other guys, regardless of what they were selling. Coulter treats you like you are intelligent, an adult and a person, not just a sale. Well, at least that's how Bo Bell treated me. More
