When I made contact with Mr. Farney, I did say I wanted a sassy, saucy Verano. Though Higgins was a fantastic car (he had 68,000 miles of faithful service), Coulter presented me with an offer to purchase Maverick. Maverick has a few more bells and whistles than Higgins (though he made young men truly say - That is a sporty car and it's a Buick?!? Kudos to GMC!). Maverick and I smoothly glide down the roads of the valley. Coulter is a fantastic dealership for every nuance of car buying, servicing, whatever are one's needs. Car dealers, as well as other businesses, could certainly learn from Coulter about being a true to customer service provider. More
