More than sastisfied customer I went into the dealership Monday night for an estimate on my old vehicle to see how much I could get out of the car, inorder to sell it. John Wacker I went into the dealership Monday night for an estimate on my old vehicle to see how much I could get out of the car, inorder to sell it. John Wacker, found a estimate on my vehicle and took me an my friend into his office for further discussion. I saw a car that I admire with no intentions on buying it and the next thing I knew not only did I get a estimate I also tested drive a new vehicle. Before I knew it, I was introduce to Bill Junczak who filled me in on the car and told me everything I needed to know in order to make an offer for which I did which allowed me to be introduced into Mike Kemp who worked vey hard to get me the best offer through the bank. In all my car buying experience these three gentlemen were not only giving me the best offer for the trade but helped me into a new vehicle. They are courteous, friendly and very helpful in every way. I enjoyed talking to them because they made me feel very welcome. I would continue to do business with them because they took the pressure off of me and made it easy for me to downgrade. I would like to thank the three of them for an awesome service and welcome. Salesman Bill Jurczak met us on the lot and was wonderful. He showed us exactly what we were looking for, made purchasing the vehicle fun and relaxing. We were committed to a volunteer project across the city at 4:00 PM and in just a short time Bill had us on our way to the Finance Department where we met Mike Kemp. Mike had been alerted that we were in a rush to get to a volunteer project and he too made sure we were not late to our commitment. He actually made the purchasing of the vehicle interesting but also fun. When we went back to the lot to get the SUV, Bill even had all our "stuff" from our car loaded in the SUV. They are a great team and we appreciate them, their professionalism, and Coulter so much. Thank you for being in our area and having staff that truly care. More
