What a very pleasant experience! This was the second time we purchased a vehicle at Coulter in Phoenix and this experience was better than the first which was good. I knew the salesperson, Allen Hall from Rotary and through very good friends. He is an experienced salesperson, a good listener and knows the dealerships product line well. Allen discussed our driving habits and our expected use of a vehicle in the future. He discussed various crossover options and I test drove a few vehicles. He was up front on promotions, cost and availability .He did not attempt to steal us toward the more expensive models although we did ultimately select a higher end vehicle. Allen was responsive to our questions and would research an item if he wasn't certain of the right answer. he communicated regularly but was not pushy. Allen reviewed all features with us and again sought help on a few technical points. He was great and all who we encountered at Coulter were kind and professional. we highly recommend Allen Hall and Coulter. More
