Tim Totato broke the mold of what you would expect a car salesman to be. He made me comfortable at the dealership, he took the time to determine my wants and needs in a vehicle, a price I wanted to stick to and the terms that I was comfortable with. I am very pleased with how the transaction went and I now consider Tim to be my personal New car specialist.
