Always going toward Chevy, GMC and Dodge/Jeep I never thought to go Kia route ! When I say I couldn’t be happier that’s an understatement! When I walked into Coughlin Lancaster I was able to work with Pe thought to go Kia route ! When I say I couldn’t be happier that’s an understatement! When I walked into Coughlin Lancaster I was able to work with Pedro who was they most knowledge sales person I’ve worked with and I have bought a lot of cars! He was able to answer every question I threw his way and very patient with me and the process ! When it came down to it he stayed over to wait for me to get there driving 3 hours away and stayed till I was done with everything ! Made this who new experience great! More

My Kia Forte was stolen in January 2023 and was found with thousands of dollars worth of damage. Having your car stolen is not a fun thing and having to deal with Coughlin Kia only made it worse. It took with thousands of dollars worth of damage. Having your car stolen is not a fun thing and having to deal with Coughlin Kia only made it worse. It took several weeks to get an estimate for repairs for my insurance company, so much so, that my insurance company contacted me asking if I had heard anything because they were just being ignored. Then once repairs had finally been started, I was told that there were several parts needed that were on an international back order. I was patient, but after a month and a half with absolutely no communication, I had to be the one to reach out again to get any sort of update on my vehicle. Brandon Dawson was in charge of the ongoing repairs of my car and when I finally got ahold of him, I was told that we were waiting on the last 2 parts before my car would be cleaned and finished. He said he had a lead with someone he talked to with my insurance company and asked if I had their phone number (it was not anyone I had ever dealt with) but he did not even remember the name of the person he was referring to. At the end of the call, Brandon said he would check on the leads he had for one of the parts we were waiting on and would give me a call back the next day hopefully by lunch time, but if not, for sure by the end of the day. The next day (Thursday) came and went without any call or email from Brandon, and so did the rest of the weekend. I called the service department in Lancaster the following week 15 times before I was ever able to speak to a single person. This is when I found out that we were in fact waiting on at least two more parts, in addition to the previous parts we were already waiting on. Brandon finally emailed me the next day (Monday) and said the remaining parts should be there the next day (Tuesday) and the goal was to have my car back to me by the end of the next day (Tuesday). However, all I got was radio silence. No car and no communication whatsoever. Then two days later (Thursday), I was told my wipers stopped working but they had already found the part they needed and got it approved by my insurance, so the work would be completed as soon as the part got there. But then, you guessed it, still no car. Brandon would never answer a phone call and would only provide updates through email. I finally was able to speak to Danny the next day (Friday) who said the parts showed they were supposed to be delivered early in the next week (Tuesday) and that I should be able to get my car back by the end of the next week (Wednesday, but Thursday at the latest). Monday of the next week I received a text message from Brandon's personal cell phone saying him and Coughlin had parted ways but he asked if I would do him a favor and bring my car over to his house after the work is done on it so he could finish the detailing of it himself so he wouldn't lose out on the money for the time he had already spent on my car. I thought this was extremely unprofessional and a complete violation of my privacy. When my car was finally able to be picked up there was still a large amount of body damage that was not repaired. When my car was brought in, my father and I made sure to emphasize the body damage to ensure it was taken care of as well. We both were reassured by Brandon several times throughout the months that Coughlin had my vehicle that it would be taken care of. It wasn't until the day that I went to pick it up that we were informed that Coughlin Kia in Lancaster does not do any body work on site, meaning we were blatantly lied to by Brandon from the day my car arrived at the shop. Heather is NOT the person that repeatedly lied to myself and my father and did NOT cause any of the mess that she had to walk into. That was ALL caused by Brandon. She has been the only person that seems like they are actually trying to help instead of just minimizing responsibility for the massive headache I have had to deal with for the past 3.5 months. More

I actually bought a new 2023 Forte from Dublin and had a wonderful experience with my sales representative Eric. Sadly I tried to buy a second car (Soul) and Eric stopped responding to me and ignored my calls and text. I figured he was too busy for me, so I moved on to another sales representative Alec at Lancaster. He also stopped responding to my request for a out-the-door price. Maybe it's just me. I must have been too difficult to request an out the door price on a 2023 Soul LX. I really wanted to give Coughlin all my business - Oh well. Rob & Becky More

Had my Forte front end repaired there service manager was very efficient and kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. They took all the stress out of my insurance claim for a radiator and condens very efficient and kept me in the loop on everything that was going on. They took all the stress out of my insurance claim for a radiator and condenser that another shop said would take over 2 months to get…… Danny was able to locate all parts need for repair in a day and had them in a couple more. The finished job was spot on, hats to the tech who worked my car! More
