Called three times to follow up on my last visit as they were going to check with corporate about the tear in the driver side upholstry. It has been two weeks and no word from them. I arrived for the service on my vehicle and checked in with the service department. I get a phone call from the dealership about 30 minutes later telling me they are unable to do the service on my car be with the service department. I get a phone call from the dealership about 30 minutes later telling me they are unable to do the service on my car because they didn't have the part. To me this seems like having the part before you schedule the customer is a no brainer. Very disappointed that I drove 20 miles for nothing. More

Came in to service my 2024 Kia Carnival. The service department was simple and easy to us, the waiting area was clean, convenient and plenty of extras to make you comfortable while you wait.
