Make dreams come true. My husband and I have worse than bad credit. I was divorced years ago and my ex assumed all debt. Means my name was taken off all the accounts. I have My husband and I have worse than bad credit. I was divorced years ago and my ex assumed all debt. Means my name was taken off all the accounts. I have no credit history now. No one will give me even the smallest credit card. That's ok. I pay cash for everything any way. But my car was ready to die. The engine sounded like a chainsaw. I had zero belief that I could get a bank to loan me enough to get a reliable used car. No matter how cheap. From the moment we walked on to the lot, I was sure we were going home empty handed and would have to go to another buy here pay here lot to replace my car with something that wouldn't last more than a year. Steve told us not to give up. He was going to work to get us in a good car. It was 11 hours at the dealership. We test drove a few cars. He worked so hard to make us happy. They even stayed 3 hours past closing time to get us reliable teansportation. First bank they called approved the loan. That takes some know how with our situation. See I'm on disability and social security doesn't pay much. But it's not just getting the loan. My husband had his heart set on me having a newer car. Something from this decade. They surprised us to no end. My husband had told Steve he really wanted a Nissan Rogue. The one they had on the lot was very high miles and had nothing modern about it. By this time my husband was ready to give up. The loan officer had been listening from his office. He made a phone call. We saw a flat bed truck pull in. A little while later Steve says he has a surprise we just have to see. Parked right at the door was a 2016 Nisson Rogue, in the red I wanted. It had 38,000 miles on it. Absolutely mint condition. The warranty is for 3 years. My husband thought they were kidding him. He just couldn't believe they had got him exactly what he wanted. Needless to say we will never go anywhere else. They went above and beyond. I still keep looking at that SUV and pinching myself. It's so clean it looks like it just rolled off the factory floor. I really need to mention Steve not only got us exactly what we wanted, he also got my insurance at a crazy price that made the car affordable. About $150. 00 less than I was expecting for full coverage. Now, you can all go see for yourself. I can't give these guys enough love. More

Very disappointed Purchased a vehicle December of 2018 and almost 3 months later still no memo title to get my license plates. I was told by the BMV that there is a lie Purchased a vehicle December of 2018 and almost 3 months later still no memo title to get my license plates. I was told by the BMV that there is a lien on this vehicle and this is why I’m not able to get my license plates. I will soon be on my 3rd temp tag and that’s if the BMV issues a 3rd one. The dealership has told me they aren’t sure who has the title at this point. Something needs to be done to make this right. How can a dealership sell a vehicle knowing there is a lien on it? How do they not know who has the title? More

We told her what we were wanting to look at Took off in 2018 Soul, Unable to get the pricing that I was wanting, we were going to back away Chance came and helped to figure out what was missing in the deal Told us that he had a base Soul coming off the truck and wanted to know if would like to check it out. Being a woman it was hard to keepy emotions in check( poker face). Yeah, I drove home in that along with a 2013 Malibu for the husband. The Service & Parts have been amazing. I will be back to purchase my sons car soon. More

Oil change/air bag inspection Johnny at Matt Taylor Kia was our salesman. I went in to buy a new Kia SUV downsizing from a van. I was very reluctant about this and Johnny sensed th Johnny at Matt Taylor Kia was our salesman. I went in to buy a new Kia SUV downsizing from a van. I was very reluctant about this and Johnny sensed that even though I never said it. Instead of making the sale off a new car he had a newly used Chevy Traverse SUV. It was totally loaded and exactly what I wanted. I absolutely love it. Johnny did follow up calls after the sale to make sure I was satisfied. This most recent visit was for a scheduled oil change. I also had a service air bag warning light come on and they did a through inspection on that. It has to be fixed at the Chevy Dealership (it’s still under warranty) but Matt Taylor Kia service department printed out and went over every step of the repair. They were amazing. I would recommend them to anyone anytime. More
