Poor Judgement Worst dealership ever, terrible service, my wife had dropped off her car Jan. 4,2017 for numerous recalls, still no car after 5 months, after countles Worst dealership ever, terrible service, my wife had dropped off her car Jan. 4,2017 for numerous recalls, still no car after 5 months, after countless phone calls to see how the work was progressing we got the run around they kept finding more recalls. Finally, a new service manager takes over and he calls us and tells us there is nothing more they can fix on the car and we are to return the rental car right away. When we inform him that my father had just passed and we had the funeral to attend and won't be able to get the car to them that day, he told us not to worry about it. So then they send someone to our house and take the car without even informing us. They still have my wife's car and all of our possessing....WOW really is this how you treat your customers. Will never have dealings with this or any of the Coughlin Dealerships again. More
