Service I dropped my car to be serviced the next morning. Then received an e-mail the next morning that my appointment had been cancelled, I called to check a I dropped my car to be serviced the next morning. Then received an e-mail the next morning that my appointment had been cancelled, I called to check and was told yes it was cancelled, then told that they moved me because they had some walk-ins they needed to take care of. I called again 2 days later to be told that they couldn't validate any of my concerns that I would have to come and drive with the technician, my went to do that 2 days later then we were told it would be taken care of on Monday morning, I called to check status on Monday evening to find out it once again had not been touched. Went in today after them having the car a full week and find they did NOTHING!! All communication was by me the customer. Customer service is horrible and got nothing fixed! I wouldn't recommend your service dept. to anyone. We will be taking our business elsewhere and so should anyone else that is considering using them. More

Jim Miller sale rep. We were looking for a small vehicle but one that my wife can get in & out of without trouble. We researched online and decided to try the Kia Rio. Jim showed us the Rio and it didn't work because the seat height above the pavement was too low. Once Jim understood this particular requirement he explained which cars would be best to try. My wife was able to get in/out of the Soul satisfactorily and she test drove it. At no time did Jim pressure us or dissuade us from price shopping but assured us that he would give us a good price. Then we went to Hyundai to evaluate their models but none of the small cars worked out. We had already eliminated the Toyota Rav4 and Honda CRV because both were a little too large for us and they cost considerably more. Once we settled on the Soul we shopped price. An out of town dealer had the best deal, even better than Costco renegotiated pricing, and I was prepared to buy. Called Jim and gave him the price to meet and after some work he met and actually slightly beat the best price I had. We made the deal on the phone and picked the car up later the same day. When we arrived at Coughlin Jim was thoroughly prepared with all the paperwork, answered all our questions and completed the sale without any hassles. I recommend Jim Miller as a sales rep. More

Exceptional Sales experience Over the last several months, we have been looking to purchase a new vehicle for my Mother. This was quite the process as it was our goal to get her Over the last several months, we have been looking to purchase a new vehicle for my Mother. This was quite the process as it was our goal to get her into something that would be reliable and long-lasting; as well as affordable that would her without a burden of a car-payment as she nears retirement. We searched many dealerships and options. My main goal was to remain with the Kia Brand. I had a Spectra that I purchased slightly used back in 2008, and it has been the most reliable car that I have ever owned. It is also the vehicle that my Mom has been driving for the past couple of years. What I found during my search was that it was nearly impossible to go look at vehicles without investing an entire day into the process. Time is precious for us all. Looking online, I came across Coughlin of Newark. I sent an inquiry late in the evening; by morning I had an email from Mr. Jim Miller. In my email he stated “I think you’ll be pleased with the Kia Sportage and how I value your time (and money). Having gone through less than favorable experiences, I was hesitant to travel an hour away to look at the car. I could not have been more pleased with my experience and Mr. Miller’s service. I ended up traveling to the dealership twice that same day. Once to go look at the car myself, as I did not want to get my Mom’s hopes up, and again with my Mom. The car was spotless, and it was Cherry Red – her favorite color. The next day, our offer was finalized and Jim worked quick and efficiently to process everything while I worked. I joked that I had a harder time booking a hotel for a work-trip I had coming up that same day! Never have I ever had this type of high-level customer service purchasing a vehicle. He kept true to his initial promise! How often does that happen these days? Anyone going through this process can appreciate someone who truly promises to value their time. The evening we went to sign papers took less than an hour & that was with Jim walking through all the features of Mom’s new car! I highly recommend Jim Miller and his team for anyone looking for a seamless – WOWING – experience. I would work with Jim again in a heartbeat. More
