The purchace of my Prius Hybrid from Corwin Auto has been one of the best decisions I've made in life...I'm not exagerating! Now they refer to her as "Kathy's Truck" With the economy of running errands with her being a Hybrid vs his pickup my husband puts more miles on her each week than I do. As a standard the dealership is fine. I came in for an issue with my phone not connecting correctly to the car and was told the car likely needed a software update. I was charged $185 and I came in for an issue with my phone not connecting correctly to the car and was told the car likely needed a software update. I was charged $185 and no software update (or anything else) was needed. Turned out all that was needed was a battery reset on the car. Seems like that should have been done first and a diagnostic could be option two if that doesn’t work. Not a great customer experience to pay for something unnecessary when the fix was so simple. More
