My last visit they recommended that I change tire pressure sensors and they told me it would take about 40 minutes. Three hours later they told me they didn’t have the parts needed to do the work and pressure sensors and they told me it would take about 40 minutes. Three hours later they told me they didn’t have the parts needed to do the work and I had to come back the next day. The next day, call ahead and came in to get the work done and they took my keys. I got a courtesy shuttle back to my home and within 10 minutes they called and said they still don’t have the parts so again I had to call the courtesy shuttle to come pick me up to go get my car. Finally about three days later, they called and said they finally have the parts and they said bring in the car anytime and then be able to quickly get it done for me and they quoted me between 20 and 40 minutes to get it done. I took time off of work to get this done. I brought the car in and waited since they said it wasn’t gonna take very long an hour later passed and I reached out to the service person to see why it’s taking so long and they said they couldn’t register the sensor and so they needed to engage the master tech Which they hadn’t already done. So all in all I put in about seven hours of my time away from work across three days to get Done. I asked them what they’re going to do to compensate me for my time wasted and all he offered was 10% service and a small deduction on the part. More
