I had to have multiple conversations with multiple people in management and calls with the DMV to prove to them that they are breaking state law. I was told on multiple occasions that they would call me back, however, no call backs were provided. Thus, in order to get them to comply to state law, I had to call and argue with them on multiple occasions. Lastly, it is very concerning that they would sell a car illegally to me, as it opens the door to what other unethical actions has this company taken towards other Colorado residents. After convincing them of state law, there team was impolite and non-responsive. This caused the buying experience to be absolutely trash. More
Corwin Toyota has a beautiful new facility, but their comfortable and state of the art surroundings continue to be outshined by their fantastic service department staff. Yair was terrific at explaining what needed to be done to my Corolla and accurately estimated the cost and when the work would be done. I have worked with Blake and Rork as well and can only say all the staff in the service department are very knowledgeable and personable. The service itself was great. However, now that they have two shuttles instead of booking as Lyft, there is no time estimate for pick-up. I was supposed to be picked up at 3. At 3 However, now that they have two shuttles instead of booking as Lyft, there is no time estimate for pick-up. I was supposed to be picked up at 3. At 3:30 I tried calling but no one answered or would ask me to hold just to be disconnected. At 4:00 someone finally answered and said I was scheduled but the shuttles were busy. I was finally picked up at 4:25. The driver was very nice, but this caused me to delay evening plans and was stressful not knowing when to leave. More
