5.5 hours for an oil change and brakes that i scheduled over month ago. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:15, came back at 12:30 to discover they just pulled it in for the oil. Waited another 2 hrs. My service tech was extremely nice and was doing his best. But the new ownership is clearly over booking. This is the second time I had an oil change under the new Corwin management; the first one was just as bad as it was 2.5 hours. Larry Miller was always around an hour. I am done. Going to Stapp. More

The dealer did not disclose that dealer add-ons would be on the vehicle. Specifically Data Dots and modified brake lights. I would not have wanted these items as they are expensive and not needed. There was a scratch on the center console that I noticed after getting the car home. The car was delivered on time which was nice. The sales person was friendly (Gailon). I love the car! Could do better without the sneaky sales tactics (dealer added extras). More

I wish there was more continuity, and agents reviewed my file. I was told i needed new tires this visit, and asked the agent to look back 12 months and i had gotten new tires (with a 40,000 warrenty) from file. I was told i needed new tires this visit, and asked the agent to look back 12 months and i had gotten new tires (with a 40,000 warrenty) from Corwin 11 months and 11,000 miles ago, & had the tires checked and rotated 5 months ago. I feel the service would be better if when they told me i needed something, they would look back and tell me when and if i had that thing done. This is a 2015 Prius that has always been serviced at the Toyota dealership, but it seems hard to tap into the service history here at Corwin. More
