Beware of any diagnostics review feedback! We took the vehicle in because we were experiencing various electrical issues. Ultimately, the shop came back with $5k of suggested work, includin We took the vehicle in because we were experiencing various electrical issues. Ultimately, the shop came back with $5k of suggested work, including the replacement of various key / expensive parts (which we were told had failed). Corwin charged $615 for diagnostic review. We were not comfortable with results they shared. We took it to another shop. And....they determined that the bulk of the work they had suggested was wrong. There was a simply a missing fuse on the AC / heater control switch (they wanted to fix for $2k), the rear windshield wiper had simply become bent and locked and out of position so the rear window and wiper did not work (they wanted to replace the failed motor for $400).........I can go on. I highly recommend to all to thoroughly vet these guys work. Above really happened. And no, they have refused to refund the crappy diagnostic report fee they charged. More

When I first brought in my car in August for an oil change they recommended that the engine filter be replaced which BBC I agreed to. When I picked up the car I was told they didn’t have the filter and change they recommended that the engine filter be replaced which BBC I agreed to. When I picked up the car I was told they didn’t have the filter and they would be getting more in a couple weeks and that I didn’t need to make an appointment for this service. I returned yesterday and they called soon after I dropped off the car to say that once again they do not have that filter and they would be getting more in mid October. So now I have to go for a third time for this service. They did say that this time they would hold a filter for me but this should have been done the first time. More
