5.5 hours for an oil change and brakes that i scheduled over month ago. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:15, came back at 12:30 to discover they just pulled it in for the oil. I asked about the brakes…no rec over month ago. I dropped the vehicle off at 9:15, came back at 12:30 to discover they just pulled it in for the oil. I asked about the brakes…no recollection. Waited another 2 hrs. My service tech was extremely nice and was doing his best. But the new ownership is clearly over booking. This is the second time I had an oil change under the new Corwin management; the first one was just as bad as it was 2.5 hours. Larry Miller was always around an hour. I am done. Going to Stapp. More

The dealer did not disclose that dealer add-ons would be on the vehicle. Specifically Data Dots and modified brake lights. I would not have wanted these items as they are expensive and not needed. There was a scratch on the center console that I noticed after getting the car home. The car was delivered on time which was nice. The sales person was friendly (Gailon). I love the car! Could do better without the sneaky sales tactics (dealer added extras). More
