Eddy was not very friendly, personable or cheerful. He barely looked at me, both when checking in and out. He actually asked me if I'd ever been there before when I've been bringing my vehicles there He barely looked at me, both when checking in and out. My car was leaking oil a week after an oil change at Corwin. I dropped the car off and Seth go it in fast to check for the cause of the leak. I was welcomed professionally and cheerfully. I told the service rep that I was going to wait for the car in the waiting room, and he advised me that the car service would be completed in about 9 I told the service rep that I was going to wait for the car in the waiting room, and he advised me that the car service would be completed in about 90 minutes. In reality the car was ready in maybe an hour, probably less. The rep went over the all points of the maintenance and everything was thoroughly explained, including what maintenance would be needed in the future. A very pleasant experience! More

I was pleasantly surprised with my service experience yesterday as it took 2.5 hours in my previous visit to complete an oil change. Rork was great, took time to answer my questions and help through the maintenance process. Unfortunately I can't say the same for the accessories department. The estimated time for the service was two hours. After two and a half hours I texted for an estimated time for pickup. I was told one half hour more. OK.
