No communication on status of repairs. Our service manager Stephanie and the department manager Rudy repeatedly said they would call back and never returned our calls. The link sent telling us the status of maintenance work doesn’t work properly. I asked to have my 12 volt “lighter” port checked and was informed later that maintenance doesn’t do that, I have to make an a doesn’t work properly. But the confusing paperwork I received at the end says it was checked and I was charged for it so I assume the port works? I had tired rotated, oil changed, cabin filter replaced, air filter replaced, fuel system cleaner added, A/C and evaporative core cleaning service done, and a multi point inspection and all this was done in only 30 minutes, which makes me think it was done too quickly. I’ll be driving from Boulder to Denver Stevinson West (where I bought my truck new) for service from now on. Also, I want to buy a 2025 Tacoma next year and sent a request from the Corwin website asking about how to do this and I never heard back. I’ll go through Stevinson West for that too. Thanks. More
In my most recent experience the service employee was great, but the manager, John, was rude. At points he was ignoring me to print out highlighted pieces of the owners manual instead of talking to me di great, but the manager, John, was rude. I think once he knew I was thinking of making a complaint to Toyota, he became a little kinder and offered me a discount for the services. Additionally, he never emailed me back. Overall I’ve had a bad experience at this dealership. I also was looking at buying my car here, but based on the crappy service I received, I ended up driving to another dealership to buy a brand new car. They were not hospitable and didn’t treat me as a valued customer. There was no follow up, and no real push to try and get the car I wanted. They lost my business. I live in Boulder but will be driving out of town to get my car serviced at a dealership with better employees. More

Took 1 hour more than “estimated” when appointment was made. Couldn’t believe how many employees were either standing or walking around!
