The Corwin Toyota service center is acceptable but not great. I regularly wait 10+ minutes in my car when pulling up, even with an appointment, just waiting for someone to acknowledge and check me in. The great. The waiting area is nice - good wifi, acceptable noise level, plenty of seating, and decent coffee. The shuttle service is also pretty good if you need a ride to/from instead of waiting around. More

A few areas for improvement: I got an unsolicited bid to buy my car - no thanks! And the wifi never worked, nor was there any info available on how to use it. Very inconvenient, when an oil change takes 2 hours. Lastly, my car's settings were different then when I brought it in - presumably to reset the maintenance counter, but it would be great if things were still set up as they were when I brought the car in - took me a while to reset all the display settings. More
