I was given a quote of $7000 worth of work that needed to be done in my car. That seemed extremely unlikely given the car had been driving fine. Staff was friendly and helpful. Clean and welcoming environment. However, my services took 2 hours longer than what the advisor quoted and I almost spent $1300 more on services than Clean and welcoming environment. I appreciate the advisors and technicians work to make sure everything is done up to code and I have a safe vehicle. There were important services they found that I needed to do. Yet, there was also almost $600 in services that were recommended about 10 to 20 thousand miles earlier than what I feel was needed. I explained to the advisor how much of my mileage was flat, interstate driving, which helped us to remove some charges. Also, some of the services were just done at a different dealership. After speaking to a manager afterwards, they assured me the technician would have only done the work if they felt it was necessary. I just wish it was more clear with the advisor what the severity of these issue were, and which ones may not be necessary under lighter driving conditions. More
