Very disappointed with the recent oil change service. Very loosely placed oil filter which results in loss of oil after couple hours of car delivery. I had to drive car without oil. I spend &800 on the same day upon staff request. Very rude behaving staff and his manager. They took this matter as granted as casually saying that mistakes happens. They did not offer proper compensation on their mistake as found a way so they can easily get out. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and contact me to discuss a resolution. They were very friendly and helpful checked our vehicle over and deducted we needed a new key fob. They able to have it programmed and us on the road in 40 minutes. I have had nothing good happen since I bought my car:( came broken supposed to be fixed, in the shop over 6 times since I’ve gotten it. Communication is not good. So hard to get a hold of anyone and no bo came broken supposed to be fixed, in the shop over 6 times since I’ve gotten it. Communication is not good. So hard to get a hold of anyone and no body hardly calls back. They made it sound like they did me such a big favor to fix what was wrong with it less then 12 hours after I bought it. They said well I did buy a used car… I’ve driven countless miles to pick it up and drop it off and asked for someone to meet me half way but “they don’t do that”. I’ve never been so disappointed with a company. If I was the manager I would be going above and beyond to make sure I fixed these issues and made the customer feel comfortable with their purchase. Everyone I have talked to will never shop there now. Sad story. More
