Very disappointed with the recent oil change service. Very loosely placed oil filter which results in loss of oil after couple hours of car delivery. I had to drive car without oil. I spend &800 on the same day upon staff request. Very rude behaving staff and his manager. They took this matter as granted as casually saying that mistakes happens. They did not offer proper compensation on their mistake as found a way so they can easily get out. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter and contact me to discuss a resolution.
