I purchased a 2011 Honda Odyssey yesterday with Corwin Honda at Jefferson City and my sales experience went great. Anna who is the Sales person made my purchase very smooth, she is best sales person I hav Honda at Jefferson City and my sales experience went great. Anna who is the Sales person made my purchase very smooth, she is best sales person I have ever met. Initially I was not able to trust the dealership due to my past experiences with other dealers, but it made me feel that I can trust this dealership. All the people whom I dealt with were very good. If you are planning on buying one, I can guarantee that Anna will try her best to get what you wanted. Good luck! More
I bought a vehicle from Corwin several years ago that was a lemon. Their offer at resolution was to offer me half what I paid for the vehicle for them to take it back and resell it. I bought a newer vehicle a lemon. Their offer at resolution was to offer me half what I paid for the vehicle for them to take it back and resell it. I bought a newer vehicle this year that was advertised on KeepItLocal.com and it was advertised as having features that the vehicle did not have. They were uncooperative and refused to do anything to help resolve their false advertising. All they came back with is pointing out a little disclaimer of the website saying it is the buyer's responsibility to examine the car's details. I am still considering taking them to court for this. They quoted and sold me Goodyear Fuel Max but actually put Goodyear integrity tires on my CR-V. Goodyear does not even recommend integrity for CR-V. Now with less than 20K miles, I have been asked by m put Goodyear integrity tires on my CR-V. Goodyear does not even recommend integrity for CR-V. Now with less than 20K miles, I have been asked by my dealer at new location to get new tires. When I confronted Corwin, they told me they will get back to me and have never called me back. It has been more than a week. More
I took my 2006 Honda Civic to have repairs made. I had learned though the internet that the reason for excessive wear on my rear tires were factory faulty parts. Indeed my invoice said the entire 'upper learned though the internet that the reason for excessive wear on my rear tires were factory faulty parts. Indeed my invoice said the entire 'upper arm rear' was replaced. I had 47903 miles on the car and am now on my third set of rear tires. The service advisor said the work would be done at no charge. I see by the invoice that the repair was referenced under Service Bulletin 08-001. After the work was performed I was told that an alignment charge of $79.00 was made and needed for the job that had been done. I wasn't told this before when I first took the car in. I told Mr. Teberg that was fine and that I was going to sue Corwin Honda. Mr. Teberg then did a 'New York Suffle' and had the charge removed from the invoice. I never was shown the service bulletin specifics. I have further learned that there was some type of reimbursment program for tires. I'm sure it is convoluted in Honda's favor. My first replacememnt tires cost me $575.76 (four tires). My second tires cost me $314.57 (two tires). Remember these are 80,000 mile tires. My question is: How many customers were charged the $79.00 alignment charge. If Honda picked up the bill for the fix, I would assume that an alignment would be mandatory on a major repair such as repalcement of the upper rear control struts. If I could get a copy of the service bulletin I would be willing to bet that such an alignment was free to the customer. If this is the case, I would suggest that Corwin Honda may be guilty of possible fraud. Charging for something that was supposed to be free. More
