Very satisfied with Levi. However, purchase was tedious. I was very happy with the service received from Levi. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the vehicles. However, I was not as satisfied with the dealership financing dept. Even though my vehicle was not financed through the dealership, it took several hours to complete the purchase. I live 4 hours away and it ended up being a day long affair. I arrived at the dealership at 10am, signed a commit to buy (with cash) at 11am, couldn't actually write the check until 2pm, and didn't drive the car off the lot until after 3pm. Frankly, it shouldn't take over 4 hours to buy a car. I realize that the salesman has no control over the underwriting process and this review is not intended to put Levi in a negative light. He is an excellent salesman. More

Authentic person! I have been with Corwin Honda for about 3 years. I worked with Curtis on my first lease, and he was very helpful and caring. However, the paperwork to I have been with Corwin Honda for about 3 years. I worked with Curtis on my first lease, and he was very helpful and caring. However, the paperwork took FOREVER! I was there from 10 in the morning until 3 in the afternoon. That was ridiculous. But, on a side note the people were great!!! As my lease was coming up, I was contacted by another salesman that really wasn't listening to what I was or was not wanting. I understand this is their job, but I was firm on what I wanted and was able to afford. Then, I got blessed with Levi. He was amazing. I felt from the beginning that he cared about me as a custermer (I wasn't a just a number for him) and he got me into a car I absolutely LOVE and made the process go much quicker than my last bout. Thank you Levi for everything!!! More

still dealing with issues I still don't have plates for my vehicle I bought in February, Wasn't told until the first week in June that they had to order a new title and that t I still don't have plates for my vehicle I bought in February, Wasn't told until the first week in June that they had to order a new title and that the finance person was supposed to contact me and let me know, I never heard anything before that. They were also supposed to get in contact with my insurance company to get the total loss statement so I could be reimbursed for some taxes...have never heard anything on that issue either and that was also back when I bought the vehicle in February. I have emailed them and told they would have the salesman contact me, still haven't heard anything back. Worst customer service ever. I feel like now that they got the vehicle sold they no longer have to do anything they said they would or need to contact the customer. More
