Don’t take you vehicle here for service unless you have a lot of time to waste..they insist you make an appointment yet don’t honor it…tried twice to get a simple oil change, made an online appointment, arri lot of time to waste..they insist you make an appointment yet don’t honor it…tried twice to get a simple oil change, made an online appointment, arrived 5 minutes early and both times was told it would be at least an hour wait and then it would take about an hour to change the oil. The absolute worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealership. After trading in my lease and purchasing a truck (one I was pushed into because they didn’t have what I wanted) Corwin Honda failed to fi dealership. After trading in my lease and purchasing a truck (one I was pushed into because they didn’t have what I wanted) Corwin Honda failed to file the paperwork for our new loan. TWICE. I’ve come back in to sign new papers, given them additional documents, called, emailed, virtually harassed them about why I haven’t received information about paying for this truck. I’ve had it for 5 months without making a payment and now I’m downright pissed since they’ve had plenty of trucks cycle through their inventory that are a better fit for me. Do. Not. Go. Here. More

Bought a new vehicle on June 21 and have had to call and email dealership many times because we have not received our license plate. When calling nobody was able to help and when I did receive a call I thou email dealership many times because we have not received our license plate. When calling nobody was able to help and when I did receive a call I thought it was fixed but still no license plates. They call when they want us to pay them for the first payment on the vehicle that we couldn’t make because the paper work was delayed by them. When asked about getting my license plates he said he would check into it and a week later I am leaving messages because he has not called back. I have bought numerous cars and never have had the problems I have had with Corson Honda in Fargo. They were nice the day we bought it but after that I felt like we were in a black hole and when calling for the first time nobody could answer the questions I had. Past dealerships have always been good with helping and answering questions. I am sad to say I will not purchase another vehicle from this dealership because of the lack of communication and customer service after you purchase a vehicle. More
