Jeremiah was able to turn a terrible week into a great one. My previous car broke down and needed a new engine. The cost for repairs was not worth it. I was sold a lemon. 5 miles off the lot after signing all the paperwork, the vehicle broke down and needed a tow. Dealership offered $700 trade in for the car. I paid for the car outright and could not affor the paperwork, the vehicle broke down and needed a tow. Dealership offered $700 trade in for the car. I paid for the car outright and could not afford a payment nor the repairs to the transmission. Very very poor customer service. More
