unfit sales manager I recently tried to work with Corwin on a vehicle. The salesman was eager to work with me and we had agreed that the terms of the sale were appropriat I recently tried to work with Corwin on a vehicle. The salesman was eager to work with me and we had agreed that the terms of the sale were appropriate. As soon as the salesman went to work a deal with the sales manager the typical Corwin “horror” stories started to arise. Eric Taylor was insulting every aspect of the deal as well as the general auto consumer. He then began to brag that residual values and guides like NADA and KBB are not good ways to value cars. Stating that pricing and values is what you can convince the buyer/seller. I had even referenced new car prices for Honda and his answer did not change. How does someone become a “sales manager” talking like this? The sales staff at Corwin are genuine, hard working people, but sales managers like Eric are the reason people do not like to deal with large dealerships. If you are looking for a good sales experience, I recommend staying way from Eric as your “sales manager” More
