Salesman are great, finance department not so much In June 2018 I purchased a brand new 2018 Honda CR-V. I worked with Mitch and Tony in sales, and they were easy to deal with, friendly, fun, and all around great guys! I would highly recommend doing work with them!! Sammy Navarthne informed me what my interest rate was going to be, and what my monthly payment was going to be. Very nice guy!! Unfortunately, I can not say the same about the others. I then went into the office with Kevin O'Keefe, and another Kevin (a trainer). We went thought all the warranty and protection plans and I declined. We moved forward. Then they came back to the protection plan and asked again, I declined. We moved forward. Again, they went back to the protection plan, and I declined. I then got asked, " what would you be willing to pay?" I thought about it and said "an additional $15 per month" Both Kevin's looked at eachother and said "if you leave a good review, we will." We agreed. I then put my trust in the finance department to do the paperwork correctly. Once home I read my paperwork they didn't charge me an additional $15 a month, they did an additional $55 a month!! Wait, what??! We had an agreement, and I put my trust in them. What a mistake! I contacted Kevin and he told me "I didn’t even think to check it given how late it was which was my fault." Well we made an agreement, they asked me over 3 times about the protection plan, and we had an agreement!!! He told also told me, " I just can't do it" Then why did you agree to it??? Kevin told me he talked to his supervisor, and he told him to send me the final paperwork of what I signed. I don't appreciate being lied to! I hope nobody else has to go through this hassle either. I then tried to solve the issue, and I said fine, just let me pay for the protection right now so it doesn't affect my monthly payment, and interest. Again, I got told,"no, we can't do that!" This is not good business practice. Just be honest up front. If you couldn't do the protection plan for what we discussed, tell me!! Don't just agree to it, and then try and be sneaky and do the paperwork another way. That is wrong!! Make sure you cross your t's and dot your i's very closing when dealing with paperwork and finance!! Don't let what happened to me happen to you!!! More

I have contacted Corwin dozens of times for weeks, spoken with several call agents, left numerous voicemails and they have refused to assist me in attaining the necessary paperwork I need for my insurance claim WHICH IS TIME SENSITIVE. Corwin knows about the totaled vehicle because they keep sending me emails to purchase another vehicle from them but won't help me finish up the first car! Some of the worst service (or lack thereof) I've ever had. I will not be coming back after this experience. More

Not only did it take our entire day, we were told by our salesman that since we had purchased another vehicle at a Corwin dealership we were entitled to a 50$ referral bonus. After three separate emails to the salesman,one to finance (without response)and the a phone call finally again to the salesman, he stated he will send out our check today. We have yet to receive this check. We purchased our vehicle April 14 of this year. Still no check. Only run around. I don’t understand why they brought it up if they won’t honor it. I know it seems petty for 50 bucks, but heaven forbid if anything goes wrong with my vehicle and I have this kind of follow up, I’m in trouble. More

Missed opportunity, questionable service department We bought a blue 2010 Dodge Caravan recently. After reviewing the CarFax report, it appeared that a number of things were serviced on the vehicle. A We bought a blue 2010 Dodge Caravan recently. After reviewing the CarFax report, it appeared that a number of things were serviced on the vehicle. Among them were the front wheel bearings; rear brakes, calipers and rotors; and the intake manifold gaskets. We declined the couple hundred dollar 90 day service contract, thinking all was taken care of and there would be no further issues. No sooner than we got it back home, the left rear wheel bearing started making noise, evident that the left rear wheel bearing was going out. If the fronts were bad, and you had everything apart in the rear, why wouldn't you take a few minutes more to replace it? Certainly it would have made noise or been loose when they were changing the brake components. We had asked our salesman about why the parts had been replaced. He couldn't tell us much more that than those things tend to go out. They knew we were coming in as we had scheduled an appointment a few days in advance. Why sales wouldn't have talked with the service shop to find out why these things needed replacement is beyond me. Our salesman was nice, professional, and easy to deal with. However, I seriously question the service department on how they could miss something like wheel bearing, especially when they had pulled apart as far as they did. Either not very experienced, or they are just trying to run the cars through without really fixing what could be wrong. More
