Very bad service, I got my vehicle back and I discovered the warning light came on. because the technician did not reconnected the two valves back and that cost me to take to another place to reconnect and the warning light came on. because the technician did not reconnected the two valves back and that cost me to take to another place to reconnect and I paid $99.00. I was very disappointed when I spoke with the manager, he replied to me everyone makes mistakes. I told him I paid a lot of money for the service so I deserve good service. I also told the manager, the technician should double check his work before give the car to the customer. More

First visit took over 4 hrs. To tell us they didn’t have the part, second visit to install the part was told would take an hour 1/2 no later than 2 hrs. Took almost 3 hrs. Worst customer service that I ever received with a Honda dealership. I have appointment and I still have to wait to be check in around 15 min. Droppped off at 0800 - didn't hear from rep until after noon. Tech could not replicate problem, but did not inspect the cable for the sliding door.
