Outstanding Service! Had an appointment for the following Thursday, but had to take Expedition in over the weekend prior due to issues. Because they were so busy, Keith Trowbridge arranged for a shuttle to pick me up on that Monday and take me to the agency where he had also arranged my rental to get me through to Thursday. Was completely blown away when he called me just a short time later that same morning and said they were able to look at my car and determined what the problem was. Not only that, but it was an easy, very quick and low cost resolution. I was completely blown away by at how quickly he made my situation turn around. He then, cancelled my rental and arranged for the shuttle to pick me up and take me to Gus Johnson to pick-up my car. An awesome Service Department Team with Dick Morgan who assisted me when I brought my car in on Saturday and Don Mashtare who made my appointment. Both gentlemen were extremely courteous and professional. BUT, "Keith" truly went over and beyond in assisting me, getting my schedule back on track and my car safely back in my hands - so very grateful he is there! Thank you. More

Service Dropped our F250 off Christmas eve day, with a check engine light on. We were told, with no appointment, it could take two weeks to get to it. We said Dropped our F250 off Christmas eve day, with a check engine light on. We were told, with no appointment, it could take two weeks to get to it. We said, okay, and left. About an hour later we were called with a diagnosis. Then , on the day after Christmas, we were called and informed everything was repaired and picked it up. Great job! More
