The service riders really need to find a new filing system. My vehicle is managed through a fleet company, and it always seems to take a very long time to find the paperwork. I spit out the old name the new name the name of my company my name it’s always a long wait time for them to find the filed paperwork to pick up a vehicle. While I was there this time a lady knew to her county job came in to pick up a county vehicle and was standing there for more than 10 minutes while they looked for paperwork so she could check out her car. This seems to be an ongoing issue. More
