Brought in a sick running Ford 500 and after informing me what was wrong, I had the repairs done and it ran like a new car. I specifically made an appointment to get a valve gasket replaced because of my last maintenance inspection from Corwin Ford along with oil change, coolant change, and tire pressure gauge replaced. Upon arrival, I was told they would have to order the gasket, and this would have to be a different appointment. Since I told the service desk this was what needed to be replaced, I would have thought they would have had it on hand or at least ordered it for the schedule appointment. Another day taken off from work to take my vehicle in for something that should have been taken care of on the scheduled appointment. Very different work ethic than when Gus Johnson was running this location. Lucky for me, Keith and Madeline were extremely helpful. More

Johnny Espana did an excellent job guiding me through my recent transmission repair. He arranged for a rental car for me through my warranty plan and had a driver deliver me to Thrifty to pick it up. I really appreciate his smoothing the way for me in that regard. He kept in touch and let me know the status of my car repair. I didn't know that the warranty covering the repair work would also provide a rental had he not told me. The repair was done in a timely manner. I appreciate the courtesy service of driving me home and of picking me up at home and taking me to the rental place. You might want to work on the "pick your car up at your home" service as I was told that would happen twice and each time it didn't. The first time Maddy said the shop would pick it up and resulted in my missing an appointment with you because I was waiting for the car to be picked up. And the second time I was told this by Susie and as the appointment time neared and the car hadn't been picked up I brought it in myself. Other than that, I have always had excellent service from this department and all of the folks are super friendly and helpful. More
